Kamouraska Inseparable Bowls

Description

These are small porcelain bowls made for everyday use, whether for cereal, soup, or a side dish. Jacques applies his black glaze to each one using clay from the St. Lawrence River in Kamouraska mixed with cherry and maple wood ash. The bowls are thrown on the wheel in his Plateau-Mont-Royal studio.
