Our Inventory Philosophy
Why are items sold out?
All of our pieces are handmade in small batches by the six ceramic artists we work with. That means we have limited quantities at any given time, and a restock can take 1–3 months depending on each artist’s production cycle. Each piece takes time to create — it’s part of what makes them special and one-of-a-kind.
Interested in a sold-out item?
Because all our pieces are handmade, quantities are limited and items may sell out.
If a piece you’re interested in is no longer available, we invite you to write to us directly. We’re happy to check with the artist and let you know if a similar piece or a future restock may be possible.
Availability varies depending on the artist’s production schedule, and some pieces may not be remade exactly. Reaching out is the best way to explore what options might be available.
Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more, before taxes, shipped within Canada.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order.
We work carefully to optimize packaging size and weight for each order, helping reduce shipping costs while ensuring that every piece is properly protected during transit.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the city of Montreal, Canada. We ship to customers across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations worldwide.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use Shopify's shipping services to provide you with reliable and affordable shipping options. Available methods and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- Within Canada - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Within Canada - Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- To United States - Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- To United States - Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days depending on destination

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States and select international destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What about customs, duties, and taxes for international orders?
For orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the United States), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics, all sales are final once an order has been delivered. We do not accept returns. Exceptions are made only if an item arrives damaged or if we have sent the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, the inner packaging, and the outer box. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement when possible, or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed (typically within 1 or 2 days) and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Shopify's secure payment processing system to ensure your payment information is protected and encrypted.
