Catherine’s porcelain pieces are recognizable for their freshness and decals that evoke both the natural world and contemporary social issues.
Her career as an artist spans more than 20 years. It began in Fine Arts at Concordia University, where she also excelled as an elite hockey and soccer player. During this time, she developed printmaking techniques that continue to define her work today. She later spent three years training as a professional ceramist at Montreal’s Centre de céramique Bonsecours. Her meticulous porcelain work showcases her discipline and athletic rigor.
Catherine has won awards for her art and sports achievements. She is also a sculptor and a member of the Quebec Crafts Council (CMAQ).
