Kamouraska Ramen Bowl

Description

Jacques makes this bowl on the potter’s wheel using porcelain in his Plateau-Mont-Royal studio. It’s finished with his signature glaze, made from wild clay he harvests along the St. Lawrence River in Kamouraska and wood ash from cherry and maple. He designs the wide shape for noodle soups like ramen and hearty salads. The bowl holds 1 L and comes with a matching set of chopsticks.
