Kamouraska Garlic Container
Description
This container keeps garlic in a dark, ventilated space, helping it stay fresh and slow sprouting. It’s finished with Jacques Benoit’s signature glaze, made from wild clay harvested along the St. Lawrence River in Kamouraska and cherry and maple wood ash. He crafted this piece on the potter’s wheel using porcelain.
